Terms and Conditions

Effective as of May 1, 2025

By booking or receiving services from Sacred Spaces Cleaning, clients agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Clients with recurring services will receive invoices as scheduled and are expected to remit payment within 3 business days.
   
• Late payments may result in a $25 late fee and/or suspension of service.
   
• Sacred Spaces Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or refuse future appointments due to outstanding unpaid invoices.
   

To protect our staff and uphold our standards, we reserve the right to withdraw service immediately if the work environment is found to be:

• Unsafe, including but not limited to: structural hazards, presence of bodily fluids, drug paraphernalia, weapons, excessive hoarding, or illegal activity
   
• Hostile or disrespectful, including harassment, intimidation, or verbal abuse directed toward our team members
   
• In violation of service expectations, such as failure to remove aggressive pets or secure hazardous areas prior to cleaning
   

Any of the above may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund and at the sole discretion of management.

For safety and efficiency, all pets must be secured or removed from the cleaning area during the time of service. Sacred Spaces Cleaning is not responsible for escaped, injured, or unsupervised pets during cleaning sessions.

Sacred Spaces Cleaning is committed to respectful, professional communication at all times. We ask the same from all clients.

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate service relationships due to:

• Unhealthy communication, including abusive language, excessive complaints without merit, or verbal aggression
   
• Refusal to communicate through approved channels (email, contact form, or official phone number)
   

All service concerns must be submitted through the message form located at the bottom of our homepage within 24 hours of service completion. Photos may be attached for review.

Sacred Spaces Cleaning reserves the right to:

• Cancel or reschedule services at any time due to safety, weather, staff availability, or client non-compliance
   
• Withdraw from any contract or service relationship at will, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
   
  • Repeated non-payment
     
  • Unsafe working conditions
     
  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff
     
  • Repeated rescheduling or no-shows
     

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
   
• Remove or secure pets and valuables
   
• Disclose any hazards, sensitivities, or special requests in advance
   
• Allow full access to areas scheduled for cleaning
   

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of material updates in writing or via our website.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
